Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection and its developing regulations the Lessor hereby informs you that all personal data provided through this present rental agreement will be included in a computerised file in order to provide and offer our products, services and promotions and express consent is also given for the sending of commercial communications via email under the strict terms contemplated in the legislation in force. The consent may be revoked by the mechanisms established for exercising the right to access, cancel, cored or object to personal data.
The customer must complete all the fields in the agreement with true & updated information except those which by indication or nature are optional. If the necessary information is not provided, the Lessor shall be authorised to reject the rental application.
